Brum~~~~
Uh..
Anyway... here's the entry.
I woke up, and my sister was in her bed (we are in the same room). She went out with friends, and apparently came back at 4:30 (I was asleep at the time). She had a bit too much to drink... and was hung over all morning. Good work Ana! She didn't join us when we went out at around 2 or 3 pm.
We took a cab to Central Park. It's a big park in Manhattan. Lots of tress and some baseball fields, a big playground... it's huge. There are some little lakes, and one of them has a few ducks. Only a few, unlike the pond at the Square with a trillion ducks and other birds. There was a cute turtle trying to climb up onto a floating piece of wood, but the ducks bumped it. Poor turtle. By the way, someone was selling baby turtles for 50c in China town. Poor things were stuffed in a container.
Anyway, we walked around a bit, I got a big pretzel and later on a popsicle called "mega missile". It was yum. Also, the lakes there are quite dirty. I think they were shooting a commercial by the water fountain. There were cheerleaders dressed in red and a mascot shaped like a TV and they all yelled "Tivo!" or something. Anyway, we left.
We next went to a big toy store called FAO Schwarz. There were lots of cute toys :3 Next to the store was the Apple store, which is actually underground. Above ground is a big glass.. case(?) around the stair case and elevator. The elevator was round. It was neat, I guess. The shop had... gasp.. Apples. Royal Gala, Pacific rose.. you name it!
Just kidding.
We walked to a Borders, but it didn't have what I wanted :( We took a cab to the Borders next to Madison Square Garden. I got the first FMA artbook and also some FMA character profile book. Yay~~ I'll start collecting the manga back in NZ :3 We then walked to Grand Central Station, and I think it was then were some girl on the street said "your shirt is so cute!" to me. It's my RAA GRR t-shirt. It's cool~~ My dad also bought some item of clothing on the way.
Grand Central Station is pretty cool. Part of it has really high ceilings and these massive, beautiful chandeliers. Part of it also had stars with constellations marked out and pictures drawn from them! Inside are shops, and dad went to the Swatch shop to get something. We then finally got back to the apartment after lots of walking. Believe me, it was a lot!
We then went almost an hour later to a little barbecue with a Seriban family at the Rockefeller faculty club. The food was nice~~ Then we came back!
You know, I think I'm forgetting important details...
Happy Birthday to Kate too!

It looks pretty good if i do say so myself. It isn't finished though so i have to go back sometime but i also painted a tile that has the symbol from Ed's coat on it(I can't remember what it's called!)
Anyway... Talk to you later.

Cool! Kate told me about that yesterday. Knowing your painting with the Lulu rock, I'm sure it looks great :3
